RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations: No prepayment required. Your credit card details will serve as a guarantee of payment in the case that our cancellation policy will have to be applied.
Payments: You can pay in cash or with any Visa/Mastercard credit/debit card at the hotel during your stay. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize your credit card when the free cancellation period ends.
Cancellation Policy:
For the cancellation to be considered valid, it must be sent via e-mail to which an answer must be received (cancellations by phone will not be considered valid)
Cancellation fees:
Free of charge up to 5 days before arrival
4 to 1 days prior to arrival: 50% of total reservation cost
No-show: 100% of total reservation cost
Please note that according to the new legislation 4389/2016, FEK (Government Gazette) A 94-2016, article 53, for each overnight stay an accommodation tax is imposed in favour of the public fund on tourist enterprises from 01/01/2018.
Regarding Hotel Castri and Hotel Castri 1, an amount of 0,50€ must be extra paid per night per room (not per person).
